RSPCA Norfolk West Branch
DID YOU KNOW?

• 80% of female rabbits die of uterine cancer. - Neutering will prevent this.

• Rabbits need to grind down their teeth - as they grow up to 1-2 mm per week. That’s 10 cm per year!

• Rabbits need to eat 80-90% hay or grass diet to help avoid dental problems.

• Pellet food and vegetables should only be fed in small quantities.

• Bunny brunch type foods cause selective feeding and should be avoided.

• Rabbits need as much exercise as a small dog. They exercise mainly in the mornings and evenings.
